Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Billomax - Your Trusted Partner in Billing & Invoicing, provided by Web Digital Mantra IT Services Pvt Ltd. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for your business.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

2. Use of the Service

• The Service is provided for lawful business billing, inventory, and related operations.
• You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt its operation.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter (including invoices and GST details).

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle stated at purchase. Free trials convert to paid plans only if you choose to subscribe.
• Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Web Digital Mantra IT Services Pvt Ltd. You retain ownership of the business data you enter; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third parties (e.g. payment gateways, messaging providers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not liable for them.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web Digital Mantra IT Services Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the preceding three months.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; data export may be available for a limited period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
